Negotiation is the process of discussion and give-and-take between two or more disputants who seek to find a solution to a common problem. On this course, negotiation tips, negotiation techniques, and negotiation tactics can help you find a resolution in any number of conflicts, from salary negotiation and job offer negotiation to debt negotiation and contract negotiations. Using techniques he studied at Harvard Law School - Garry Smith will guide you through a variety of scenarios that will allow you to apply these skills in real life negotiations. |
