Chris Barnard heads up P-tek Development Solutions Ltd which he set up in 2003 with his business partner Lisa Gardiner. Our brief is to provide innovative, high impact, quality training solutions to enable organisations to develop the full potential of their people. P-tek now boasts a team of highly qualified learning & development specialists with a diverse range of knowledge and experience who are known for their motivational styles and enthusiasm.
The team at P-tek Development Solutions have well over 40 years experience in the training and development field, including 11 years call centre experience and a strong financial services background including banking and insurance.
P-tek and its team of training specialists are fortunate in that they can provide total training and development solutions tailor made for businesses in order to maximise staff performance. P-tek also believes in promoting its strong strategic alliances with companies such as WWP who, like P-tek has a prime directive to build long-term relationships with our clients by ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Fire Safety Awareness Training The risk of fire and the resulting threat to human life and continuity of operations is an ever present danger to organisations of every size. This CPD accredited Fire Safety training course helps all levels of employees meet the requirements of the 'Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order' that came into place on 1st October 2006. If your organisation doesn’t meet certain requirements, then it may be in breach of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and could be prosecuted or fined or served a notice or be exposed to significant legal claims. The provision of training is not a matter of choice or optional, it is an absolute legal requirement for your organisation. |

This 1 day course covers the role of designated First Aid Appointed Person to include looking after the equipment and facilities and calling the Emergency Services when required. Arrangements should be made for an Appointed Person to be available to undertake these duties at all times when people are at work. |

This can be spread out over multiple sessions or completed in a single session. There is no time limit for completion. |
