This is a one day course which covers the training requirements of the Food Safety (General food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and increases awareness of the responsibility to protect food from contamination

Game Meat Hygiene

As from the 1st January 2006 European Union regulations require anyone supplying game meat to a game dealer to be trained in making assessments of food safety issues.
