I have just recently set up a training business for the construction and offshore industries with my business partner Ken Gibbs. Ken's children have a recruitment company (P&S Personnel Ltd.) and we all work together in the same building. I served as a police officer and as a civilian employee for over 40 years with Norfolk Police, then Broadland District Council as a partnership coordinator and crime reduction officer.
