This course is ideal for anyone wishing to try out an assortment of traditional style tapas, including favourites like patatas bravas, Spanish omelette, paella and albondigas. We will show you how to take simple ingredients and transform them into culinary delights. You will also discover a range of preparation and cooking techniques that will complement that Spanish style! Ingredients will be provided for the first class only. You will be required to provide your own ingredients for the remainder of the course, a list will be provided on a weekly basis. (10 hour course delivered over 4 weeks)
