You will gain underpinning knowledge of your subject and develop your number and communication skills through relevant projects. This course will help develop the skills you will need to meet and great customers and portray a positive impression of you. You will learn to prepare and clean the bar area and be taught the service of alcoholic and soft drinks along with how to prepare a cellar and kegs. The course involves the instruction of how to clean drink dispense lines and how to receive and issue stock. |
