Examples of courses for staff working in the front line services with adults who have a learning difficulty or disability, include risk assessemnt, management of behaviour that challenges, medication, service principles and philosophies.

Other provision comprises training the trainers courses, presentation skills, report writing, first aid, assertiveness training, improving maths and move-on in English
