The Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management qualification aims to give practising or potential first line managers the widest choice for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing a very wide range of basic management skills and assisting participants in gaining the comprehensive knowledge required by a first line manager.
The Certificate provides a more comprehensive programme that builds and broadens the skills and knowledge gained in the Award. Please note that students may join the Certificate directly and are not required to undertake the Award as a pre-requisite to the Certificate programme . - Qualifications

In this programme we explore organisational change giving participants a deeper understanding of this critical workplace issue and providing them with the tools to plan for and deal with organisational upheaval. The crucial skill of time management is also explored in the fourth mandatory unit of the Certificate.

By completing The Certificate students will be in a position to move quickly to toward the Diploma; as the credits in this qualification are automatically transferred.
