The Level 5 Certificate in Management qualification aims to give practising managers the widest choice for their formal development in this role, and has been specially designed to give practicing or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation in their formal development in this role.

In this programme we explore Managing Improvement both in terms of organsiational and personal improvement. Developing the Reflecting Manager concentrates on the analysis of personal strengths and weaknesses and how to work through problems using creative techniques. The crucial skill of Making a Financial Case is also explored in the fourth mandatory unit for the Certificate.
