The original idea of young raw talent and enthusiasts working with professionals is central to the ethos of Jubilee Opera, but community involvement is also a crucial element and we rely heavily on local goodwill and volunteer help.- Aldeburgh Music Club
Local choir. Regular weekly singing meetings held at Snape Maltings, Orford and Aldeburgh churches. Open to new members. Ability to read music and a good singing voice is useful.

English Country Dancing in Thorpeness The group meet at the Ogilvie Hall on the second and last Wednesday of each month, 11am to noon. Do come and join us. We have live music, all the moves are called out and NO experience or partner are necessary
