It also enables delegates tod evelop a critical awareness of organisational and managerial theory and practice, thus equipping them to deal with the problems, choices and constraints involved in organisational change.

About the Course

Target
This course encourages delegates to develop their own intellectual framework of values, attitudes and practice.
Entry requirements
A first degree of professional qualification or graduate status, or And HNC or HND and three years' management experience, or Aged at least 26 with five years' management experience. Most individuals with line management responsibilities would benefit greatly from the course.
