- The overall aim is for trainees to acquire knowledge and practical skills to improve their competency in carrying out risk assessments under the Management of Health & Safety at Work regulations 1999. This qualification will therefore give all employees the abillity to contribute to the process and act always to protect their own health and safety and that of others.
