- This half day course provides participants with the knowledge and skills they require to manage the finances of a small organisation. It will provide practical advice on drawing up budgets, monitoring your finances, producing simple cash flows, developing good financial procedures and laying out finances so that committee members understand what you are talking about.

- Financial systems and procedures
- How to draw up a budget which you can use to monitor financial performance
- How to produce a simple cash flow forecast
- How to report on financial performance at committee meetings
- How to avoid some of the common pitfalls relating to managing finances
