- What motivates people to volunteers and why they should join your organisation
- What policies and procedures to have in place
- The recruitment, interviewing, induction, supervision and support processes
- How to handle more challenging volunteers
- Developing your volunteers
This course can be run as a one day course or as 4 half day sessions.
