Participants will cover the following subjects:

  • What motivates people to volunteers and why they should join your organisation
  • What policies and procedures to have in place
  • The recruitment, interviewing, induction, supervision and support processes
  • How to handle more challenging volunteers
  • Developing your volunteers

    This course can be run as a one day course or as 4 half day sessions.
