- This half day course provides participants with the knowledge and skills they require to conduct staff appraisals. It will look at why appraisals are important and how to prepare for and conduct appraisal interviews, including advice on what to discuss.
There will be plenty of opportunities for discussion, questions and practical advice.
The course can also be delivered in-house or be tailored to help staff prepare for an appraisal.
