Outcome
The BA (Hons) Business and Finance degree provides the knowledge and skills that will lead to success in a range of careers in a very wide range of industries. Whether students want to be a leader, manager, accountant, researcher, consultant or administrator this degree will be a great foundation. Alternatively students may pursue professional qualifications including CIMA and ACCA or postgraduate study such as the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at University Campus Suffolk.

First year modules include; Business Law, Finance and Data Analysis, Organisations in Context, Entrepreneurship, and Introduction to Marketing.

Second year modules include; Financial Accounting, Business Environment, Research Methods, Career Management, Innovation and Creativity, Managing Information and Technology, and Marketing Practice.

Third year modules include; a dissertation, Strategic Management, Financial Strategy, Management Accounting, Change Management, and a work-based project.

Venue Notes University Campus Suffolk is a brand new development between the Universities of Essex and East Anglia. For those students studying at Ipswich a new campus will be built and is due for completion in September 2008. Students starting their studies in 2007 will temporarily be taught at Suffolk College, located in the cente of Ipswich.
