To introduce the beginner to task management. This course looks at e-mailing, diary management, updating contacts and task lists.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.But previous experience of Microsoft Windows is required for this course.

Staff using Outlook as an information management tool.
Content
An introduction into the Outlook Screen,Toolbars,Screen views,Navigation,Adding icons to the Outlook bar,Adding sub-folders,Then introducing the different sections of Outlook, Contacts, Calendar, Journal, Notes, E-Mail and Tasks learning how to use them and learning how they all interact with each other.
