Why conflict arises. We will look at some of the causes of conflict inherent in organisations.
Different styles in managing conflict. Do you avoid conflict, or tackle it head on? In this session you will have the opportunity to analyse your own style and preferences when it comes to dealing with conflict situations.
Conflict management stategies. If a conflict arises at work, what do you do for the best? Here we will consider the actions managers can take in different types of conflict situations.
