- Worklink is a specialist team within Workwise that can offer many programme to suit individual needs. The WESP (Worklink Employment Support Programme) can deliver at one of our centres or in the community depending on the programme selected.

recovering from mental health issues
with a physical disability
able to access Direct Payments
able to self- finance
wanting to train and gain help into employment - Entry requirements

- Social inclusion through either full or part time employment, active volunteering on a regular, committed agreement, further education and training.

- NOCN Employability Award or Certificate at level 2
- Content
- The WorkLink provision will include one-to-one career guidance, counselling and employment preparation programmes alongside practical vacancy tracking,career matching, employer contact and job hunting. Provision will also include workshops on job search, apllicaions, interview, CVs, use of the internet and letter writing. Depending on the programme selected, it can include work expereince and the completion of a portfolio for an Employability Award or Certificate level 2.
