- Trainees will recieve a refresher on the do's and don'ts of safe operation. The aim of this one-day course is to establish the current ability of the operator, to give corrective instruction and provide underpinning knowledge towards an NVQ.

- Suitable for Operators who were trained and certified three to five years ago. Also for those who have been fully trained and tested but who have developed faults.

- Company certificate of Training and Operators Authorisation on successful completion of the course.
- Content
- Operators Safety Code A refresher on the do's and don'ts of safe operation. Correct Operating Procedure: A reminder of the importance of correct procedures for reasons of safety and efficiency in truck use. Practical Work: Stacking and De-stacking and manoeuvring to improve these skills. Specific needs will be dealt with if required. Practical and Theoretical Test: The standard theory and practical test will be conducted at the end of the day and if satisfactory a new certificate will be issued. The current ability of the operator will be established and correct instruction recieved. Whilst providing underpinning knowledge towards an NVQ.
