Outcome: Individuals will be able to extract the maximum information from the system in the format that they need.

Setting up the Bank and other accounts. 5. Payments, Receipts - Ledger or Bank. 6. The Bank Reconciliation. 7. Customers and Suppliers. 8. Service Invoices 9. Products 10. Product Invoices 11. Product Credit Notes 12. Producing and understanding your accounts 13. Sending Statements 14. Customer Receipts 15. Customer Activity 16. Purchase Invoices 17. Supplier Payments 18. How to use your Nominal Ledger 19. Reports and how to use them 20. VAT Returns 21. Errors and how to correct them. 22. Revision and review. Payroll How to operate your own payroll and provide statutory information for Inland Revenue and Benefits Agency (DSS).
