- This course is designed to provide a general introduction to spreadsheets using Excel. You will gain confidence in the use of everyday tasks, including creating spreadsheets, editing, printing and working with formulae. New features are gradually introduced, enabling you to use the full power and flexibility of the package. You will need to have keyboard and mouse skills together with an understanding of Windows.

In order to participate in our home study course you will need access to a personal computer running Windows 98 or above, with a printer attached. You will need a full copy of Microsoft Word and Excel version 97 or above. You will need about 2mb free space on the hard drive to save your work - Outcome
