- The one-day course covers:
• The importance of food hygiene
• Microbiology and illness
• Contamination and prevention of illness
• Personal hygiene
• Cleaning and disinfection
• Food pests
• Premises and equipment
• Food safety control
• Legislation food safety hazards
EXAM: Multiple choice, 30 questions
Candidates will be notified of results within 4 to 8 weeks - Cost
