- Survey into Skills for Life provision in the Haven Gateway

- ESF funded project with Suffolk ACRE that aimed to identify and assist young people aged 16 - 18 in the Haven and Waveney Suffolk LSC areas who were in work but not in learning. As well as producing a research report, we provided advice on skills & training to those who were enrolled on the project by Suffolk ACRE.

- Research for Suffolk County Council into the experience of family carers in the workplace
- We recently designed a 29 page matrix for the Haven Gateway Partnership. The matrix includes current details of what funding and support is available in Suffolk and Essex to assist businesses during the economic downturn.
- A rigorous, comprehensive and consistent system that ensures that course records are current and that all providers are contacted every six months or annually where more appropriate
- Experienced and qualified staff with wide experience in the provision of training information and advice for adults and close links with other Information, Advice & Guidance services in Suffolk
